Assembly - 1st Shift

BESTAFF is seeking an experienced production assembler. The Assembly Associate is responsible for assembling, configuring, and packaging products according to customer specifications and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse or light manufacturing environment.

Pay Rate:

16.00 hourly

Shift:

7:00AM - 3:30P M-F Key Responsibilities Assemble products and kits according to work orders and ALOM procedures Read and follow written instructions, drawings, and bills of materials Perform basic quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness Package finished products for shipment following customer requirements Use hand tools, scanners, and basic assembly equipment as required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Meet daily productivity and quality goals Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures Communicate issues or defects to supervisors promptly Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Prior assembly, warehouse, or manufacturing experience a plus Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35-50 lbs as required Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic math and reading skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Work Environment Warehouse / light manufacturing setting Climate-controlled or non-climate-controlled (as applicable) May require standing for extended periods #ZR
