This role ensures efficient machine performance, adherence to safety standards, and timely production to meet customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion machines according to production schedules. Inspect products for quality and make adjustments to maintain specifications. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues. Record production data and maintain accurate logs. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area. Communicate with the Transformation Manager or Supervisor regarding production status and issues. Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in extrusion or manufacturing (preferred). Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and measurements. Experience using basic hand tools. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with manufacturing equipment and related tools. Familiarity with production reporting. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in variable temperature environment.
