Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the snack food industry, is seeking a Plant Packaging Operator​ to join their team. As a Plant Packaging Operator​ , you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • Friday What's the Job?
Operate, monitor, and adjust packaging equipment to ensure efficient production flow. Set up machines for product changeovers and ensure materials are properly staged. Inspect product and packaging for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications. Maintain accurate production and quality documentation, including verification logs and batch records. Support material management by ensuring adequate packaging supplies and components are available. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with automated packaging systems are a plus. Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs regularly; occasionally more with assistance. What's in it for me?
