Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as an Okay, a vital role dedicated to supporting manufacturing and warehouse operations with energy and precision. In this position, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth production flows, efficient materials handling, and adherence to quality standards. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help drive operational excellence across various departments, including packaging, machining, and laboratory support. Duties Assist in the setup and operation of manufacturing equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards Support materials handling activities, including loading, unloading, and organizing inventory within the warehouse or production area Operate forklifts safely to move raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies as needed Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to identify waste reduction opportunities and improve workflow efficiency Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces, including packaging stations and machining areas Support laboratory functions by preparing samples, recording data, and maintaining documentation in accordance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines Assist with packaging operations to ensure products are correctly labeled, sealed, and prepared for shipment or storage Skills Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes and reduce waste Experience in manufacturing environments with knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance Valid forklift certification with demonstrated safe operation skills Familiarity with CGMP standards relevant to quality assurance in production settings Laboratory experience for sample preparation, data recording, and compliance documentation Skills in materials handling, including inventory management and proper storage techniques Warehouse experience involving shipping, receiving, and logistical coordination Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a thriving manufacturing operation.
