The ideal candidate will have a strong work history demonstrating reliability, attendance, and consistent job performance. This position supports the assembly of products used in the construction, mining, energy, and transportation industries. About the Company Our company is a global manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, industrial gas turbines, and diesel-electric locomotives. We are committed to producing high-quality equipment and solutions that help customers build infrastructure, generate power, and move resources around the world. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to work instructions and specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively. Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met. Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and production documents. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or production issues to supervisors. Meet production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards. Assist with material handling and other production-related tasks as needed. Qualifications 1-3 years of assembly, manufacturing, production, or related experience required. Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and good attendance. Ability to use basic hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or GED required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including exposure to noise and moving equipment.
