Job Description
Job description Job duties: As a production assembler, your responsibilities include performing manufacturing tasks, identifying areas of improvement to increase efficiency, working alongside a team to complete processes towards the assembly of vehicles, rotating through stations for specific production processes, conducting quality inspections on products and parts, preparing finished products for shipment to other Sections, maintaining a clean and orderly work area, and actively participating in Safety, Environmental, and Continuous Improvement activities. You should also initiate, document, and participate in company-wide Kaizen projects. Applicants must have at least six months/1 year of consistent work history, a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced team environment, including overtime and Saturdays.
Shift times:
1st shift: 6:00am- 2:30pm 2nd Shift 4:30pm
- 1:00am Associate Benefits (Temps until Fulltime) Pay Benefits Starting Pay $20.75/hr. 25 cent raises every 6 months 13 Paid Holidays & 4 company paid days (AFTER 90 days) Vacation/Bonuses
- Cannot miss more than 3 days of unexcused absences 1 year from the date they started.
