Job Description

Production Automotive Assembly Associate Pay:
$20.75 per hour
Job Type:
Full-Time We are currently hiring Production Automotive Assembly Associates to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in manufacturing and automotive production. No prior assembly experience is required—we provide training for motivated candidates who are eager to learn.
Responsibilities:
Assemble automotive components according to quality and production standards Use hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently Follow detailed work instructions and assembly procedures Inspect parts and finished products for quality Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months of consistent work history with your most recent employer Previous employment prior to your current or most recent position should demonstrate longer-term employment stability Ability to pass a hands-on assembly assessment Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift and move materials as required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and punctuality
Qualifications:
No previous automotive or assembly experience required Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience is a plus but not required
