Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various types of machinery, including CNC and press equipment. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficient production of high-quality components while adhering to safety standards and operational protocols. Shifts Available 1st
Shift:
5:00am - 3:30pm 2nd
Shift:
3:20pm - 1:50am Responsibilities Operate and monitor CNC machines, presses, and other manufacturing equipment to produce precision parts. Assemble components according to specifications, ensuring quality and accuracy in every product. Program machines as needed for specific production runs, adjusting settings for optimal performance. Utilize precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers, to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished products. Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure proper functioning and minimize downtime. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and resolve any operational issues. Keen attention to detail to identify maintenance, product, or operations issues. Qualifications At least 18 years of age High School Diploma/GED Able to work in a fast-paced environment Previous Manufacturing experience preferred Press operation/set up experience preferred Die Setter experience strongly desired #KEN123
Pay:
