Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery and equipment to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your expertise in mechanical systems, precision measurement, and manufacturing processes will be essential to ensure smooth production flow, uphold quality standards, and meet production targets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery and contribute to innovative fabrication projects in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime and ensure safety standards are met. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify dimensions and ensure product specifications are achieved. Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and product integrity. Assist in assembly line tasks including fabrication, tooling setup, welding, packaging, and materials handling as needed. Maintain detailed records of machine operation logs, shift reports, incident reports, and quality control documentation. Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, or similar equipment in a factory setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently. Familiarity with CNC programming languages like Fanuc or CAM programming tools is highly desirable. Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical drawings including GD&T specifications. Proficiency with precision measuring instruments including calipers and micrometers for quality assurance purposes. Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks is a plus for understanding design specifications. Knowledge of safety procedures related to forklift operation and materials handling equipment. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality checks. Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment is preferred. Ability to work independently or as part of a team on assembly lines or fabrication projects involving welding or tooling setups. Join us if you're passionate about manufacturing excellence!
