Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Heavy Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines to ensure the efficiency and production of high-quality work. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to safety, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Equipment you might run includes but not limited to dump trucks, dozer, skid loader, excavator, tractor pan, and haul trucks.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience:
years of experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role preferred.
Technical Skills:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Familiarity with lasers, GPS equipment, and any other infield measure would be preferred.
Mechanical Aptitude:
Basic understanding of machine mechanics and troubleshooting techniques.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to shovel, perform repetitive tasks, get in and out of equipment and lift heavy objects regularly.
Mathematical Skills:
Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and the ability to perform measurements accurately.
Soft Skills:
Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a "safety-first" mindset. Everyone is expected
Flexibility:
Willingness to work long shifts, weekends, or overtime as required by production schedules.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
