In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of equipment to produce high-quality, defect-free products in a safe and efficient manner. Your ability to follow detailed instructions, maintain quality standards, and work with precision tools will play a key role in our production process. This is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in craftsmanship and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate production equipment such as punches, drill presses, shears (electric and air), band saws, grinders, and soldering tools safely and efficiently. Cut, shape, sand, and satin-finish metal plates to specifications based on blueprints and work orders. Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and customer specifications prior to beginning work. Inspect incoming materials for quality, accuracy, and completeness, including size, finish, color, and personalization requirements. Monitor and inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met and defects are identified and corrected. Prepare completed products for transfer to the next step in the production process. Accurately record production activity, including work start/stop times and materials used, in written or electronic systems. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times. Communicate with supervisors regarding any quality concerns, discrepancies, or questions related to specifications or materials. Perform cross-training on other roles within the department as needed. Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs.

From $16.00 per hour
