  • 4:30 PM Industry manufacturing & production (Production Occupations) Reference number S_176667 A Roll Forming job involves operating machinery that shapes metal into continuous profiles by passing it through a series of rollers.
Workers in this role set up, monitor, and adjust the roll forming equipment to ensure accurate production. They also inspect finished products for quality, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic machine maintenance.

  • Operate and support a Scottsdale roll-forming machine used in the production of light-gauge steel framing components.
  • Read and interpret production drawings and cut lists.
  • Load coils, monitor machine operation, and ensure parts are produced to specification.
  • Identify and troubleshoot basic machine, material, and quality issues.
  • Perform quality inspections on finished components.
  • Organize, label, and stage parts for assembly and shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Assist with assembly of steel-framed wall panels and related production activities as needed Working hours: 7:00 AM
