We are a super abrasive specialist that provides custom cutting, polishing and grinding tools to multiple industries. It is our policy to fully satisfy our customers' needs and expectations on an on-going basis.
Position Summary:
The Soldering Technician is responsible for securing proper wire connections to products entering the plating process. This includes chemical cleaning, soldering, and masking using paint/stop-off, vinyl tape, or masking film. The role requires adherence to quality and safety standards, equipment and tooling maintenance, and accurate recordkeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Read, understand, and follow work orders and engineering drawings
  • Prepare, fixture, and process products through the soldering process
  • Inspect tooling for flaws or damage before and after masking/soldering
  • Label tooling with company name, mesh size, abrasive type, special notes, and rush status
  • Secure wire connections required for plating using a soldering iron
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following procedures and using PPE
  • Report time and material usage in manufacturing systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
