This role involves hands-on shop work, accurate documentation, and coordination with other team members. This role requires a self-directed, organized, and reliable multitasker who is comfortable in a fast paced environment. Accepting part-time and full-time applicants. Responsibilities Perform coil production tasks, including assembly, preparation, and quality checks Manage coil shipping, including packaging, labeling, documentation, and coordination with carriers Handle incoming packages and materials, verifying accuracy and organizing inventory Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment, following shop safety procedures Maintain accurate inventory and tracking in production process Operation of shop equipment safely Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion Required Qualifications No shop experience required, but openness to learning processes required Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel Ability to lift up to 100 lbs safely and repeatedly Communication skills and teamwork Ability to work independently and self-direct in a shop environment Preferred Qualifications Strong time management and organizational skills Prior experience in production setting Forklift certified• (will receive training as part of the job regardless)
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
