Paint Mixer Plainfield, IN | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | $20-$22/ hr | 1st
What You'll Do Mix paint and coatings to match precise color and finish specifications. Read formulas, work orders, and color charts to prepare accurate batches. Operate mixing equipment, scales, and tinting machines safely and efficiently. Inspect finished mixes for color accuracy, consistency, and viscosity. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; follow all PPE and safety procedures. Track inventory of base paints, tints, and supplies; flag shortages early. Partner with production team members to keep the line moving. What You Bring Hands-on paint mixing experience — production, automotive, industrial, or retail paint store experience all welcome. Strong color vision and attention to detail. Comfort reading formulas, measurements, and basic math. Reliability and a strong work ethic — your team counts on you.
