Processing Assistant:
Operate all production equipment at or above production and quality standards and CIP systems. Dairy Farmers of America (DFA) is a dairy marketing cooperative owned by more than 12,500 family farmers. DUTIES:
MAKE MIX/BATCHING FOR UHT AND ASEPTIC SYSTEMS.
SET
UP, CIP AND CLEAN UHT AND ASEPTIC PROCESSING SYSTEMS AND ALL ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT.
SET
UP, CIP AND CLEAN ASSOCIATED RAW AND PASTEURIZED EQUIPMENT
(TANKS, LINES, BATCH SYSTEMS, etc.)
PERFORM ASSIGNED
PM's, REBUILD
VALVES,PUMPS AND HOMOGENIZER, ETC.
OPERATE
AND CIP SEPARATOR AND OTHER ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT
LIFT 50 TO 100 LBS.
ON A REPETITIVE BASIS.
WORK
IN HOT, HUMID CONDITIONS.
COMPLETE
AND MAINTAIN ALL ASSOCIATED RECORDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH COMPANY, STATE AND FEDERAL REQUIRMENTS.
