RESUME IS NEEDED TO SUBMIT TO CLIENT ESS

(Energy Storage System) Assembly Operator to lead day-to-day production operations, drive process excellence, and ensure high-quality output across our ESS manufacturing lines at our Indiana facility.

Key Responsibilities System Assembly:

Assemble ESS racks, cabinets, internal structures, and various electrical/electronic components.

Precision Fastening:

Manage and execute torque requirements using torque wrenches, strictly adhering to fastening standards.

Quality Control:

Identify and immediately report any quality issues (such as component defects or miss assembly) and follow isolation protocols.

Documentation:

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) strictly and maintain accurate assembly process logs.

Safety & Organization:

Comply with workplace safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized environment following 5S principles.

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour
