Full-Time Guardian Bikes is growing, and we are currently hiring for multiple positions across our production floor. We are seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our team in Assembly and Manufacturing. Available Areas Bicycle Assembly Wheel Manufacturing / Production General Responsibilities Assemble and manufacture bicycle components according to company standards Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety guidelines Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Perform other duties as assigned to support production needs Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus (not required for all roles) Ability to read measurements, blueprints, or work instructions (role dependent) Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 40 lbs. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and grow within the company Schedule & Overtime Overtime may be required based on production needs, including early shifts, extended hours, or occasional weekends Why Work at Guardian Bikes?
