Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paint Mixer to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately blending and preparing paint formulations to meet production specifications. Your expertise will ensure consistent quality, safety, and efficiency in the production process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment where precision and teamwork drive success. Responsibilities Measure, mix, and prepare paint ingredients according to established formulas and safety standards Operate various machinery and equipment related to paint blending, including mixers, grinders. Handle materials safely within the warehouse and manufacturing areas, ensuring proper storage and labeling Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency Skills Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes related to paint production and materials handling Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic machining skills for equipment maintenance or troubleshooting are a plus
