Job Description

Help grow a safer, cleaner, healthier future for everyone, every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly Assemble components according to work instructions. Use a variety of bonding materials, hand, and soldering tools to assemble components with accuracy and attention to detail. Ensure all components are installed correctly and secured Quality Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality. Communicate issues or concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner. Accurately complete required production documentation and reports Safety Follow safety guidelines and company policies. Maintain a clean and organized workstation to promote efficiency and safety.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Basic mechanical aptitude. Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and not afraid to ask questions.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Manual dexterity for handling small parts and precise assembly work. Ability to lift to 25 lbs. regularly.
Additional Requirements:
Teamwork, attention to detail, and punctuality. Ability to adapt to changing production demands and work overtime as needed.
Work Schedule:
Hourly position 40-hour work week 8-hour shift, longer hours when needed Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm
