Full-TimePosition Summary BESTAFF is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Taper to join our production team. The Taper is responsible for securing veneer sheets using tape to prevent splitting during production. This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality and production efficiency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Inspect veneer sheets to ensure they meet specifications. Apply tape to secure veneers and prevent splitting during production. Maintain and meet acceptable production levels. Identify and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor. Accurately complete required production documentation. Follow lockout-tagout safety procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
