Job DescriptionWe are seeking Mill/Mixer Operators to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train right candidate to operate a Mill Machine and on TPM activities. As a Mill/Mixer Operator you will be responsible for:
Cleaning and maintaining machine to TPM StandardsLearning and applying TPM knowledge to daily activities
Have a high school diploma or (GED) desired;Have 3 months of work related experienceDemonstrate good math and basic computer skills,Have attention to detailBe reliable to work assigned shiftBe flexible to work overtime as required Be able to perform an active role with any multi disciplinary teams.
Have good attendance and punctualityBe able to lift up to 50 lbs. as required In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:

Following process order of addition. Shift auto and manual stepsMix Batch:
Discharging pigment and operating mixer safely; following and adhering to all INX Mixer SOP'sHockmeyer mill operation: Running and maintaining optimum OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) standardsCreating and maintaining a database of all existing formulas including processing timesCanningOperating the following: Press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forkliftActing as a QC liaison, providing ink samples, making ink adjustments, and recording dataCompleting scheduled maintenance, and troubleshooting proceduresHelping with repacksQualificationsTo perform your job as expected, you will be required to:Have a high school diploma or (GED) desired;Have 3 months of work related experienceDemonstrate good math and basic computer skills,Have attention to detailBe reliable to work assigned shiftBe flexible to work overtime as required Be able to perform an active role with any multi disciplinary teams.
