Heavy Machinery Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Heavy Machinery Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment to facilitate construction projects efficiently and safely. Your expertise in machinery operation, mechanical knowledge, and construction site experience will be vital to ensuring project success. We travel Monday-Friday home on the weekends. Hotels and Food paid for. Responsibilities Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, dump trucks, horizontal drilling rigs, and with precision and safety. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met. Follow all safety protocols and procedures diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members. Support additional construction tasks as needed, including site cleanup and material handling. Experience Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery systems and troubleshooting techniques. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with experience in operating large vehicles on construction sites. Prior construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety standards and operational procedures. Knowledge of construction materials and processes related to paving, grading, excavation, and water management. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and efficiency. Join us in building the future!
