Job Summary We are hiring Packaging Operators for immediate contract opportunities in Kansas City, KS. As a Packaging Operator, you will support daily production by packaging finished products, checking labels and quantities, operating packaging equipment, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. This facility offers a structured production setting with clear expectations, safety-focused training, and teamwork-oriented leadership. Candidates who are reliable, safety-minded, and ready to learn can build valuable experience in manufacturing, packaging, and quality-focused production operations. Key Responsibilities
- Package finished products according to production specifications and quality standards.
- Verify product quantities, labels, lot numbers, and packaging accuracy.
- Operate bagging and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collect product samples for quality testing when required.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, safety procedures, and sanitation requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with other production duties as needed. Compensation and Benefits
