In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your expertise in mechanical systems, precision measurement, and manufacturing processes will be essential to ensure smooth production flow and uphold our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CAM programming tools to produce precision parts. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and CAD models to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly. Program and troubleshoot CNC equipment using Fanuc controls and other programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to optimize machine performance. Conduct routine inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify product quality and adherence to specifications. Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including tooling changes, calibration, and basic mechanical adjustments to minimize downtime. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment while maintaining proper materials handling procedures. Support fabrication activities such as welding, assembly line operations, packaging, and tooling setup to meet production deadlines. Qualifications Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, or flexo presses within a factory or manufacturing facility. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files accurately. Familiarity with CNC programming (Fanuc controls), CAM programming, GD&T standards, and troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Skilled in using precision measuring tools like calipers and micrometers for quality control purposes. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse or factory experience with materials handling equipment such as forklifts is preferred. Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments.
