Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a Saw Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate industrial saws and other machinery to cut materials used in the manufacturing of agricultural equipment. This position is ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to grow within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Operate Saws & Machines :

Set up and run saws and other production machinery based on blueprints and job specifications.

Inspect & Measure :

Use calipers, micrometers, and other tools to ensure cut parts meet precise quality standards.

Handle Materials :

Safely move raw materials and finished pieces using forklifts, cranes, or hoists.

Read Blueprints :

Interpret technical drawings and follow job orders and company procedures.

Perform Maintenance :

Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance on machinery; clear jams using hand tools.

Document Work :

Accurately record part dimensions, production times, and other data using computer software and/or logs.

Follow Safety Guidelines :

Maintain compliance with all safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements.

Keep Work Area Clean :

Ensure a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.

Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or GED Basic math and measuring skills Basic computer proficiency Ability to lift up to 90 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn new tasks

Preferred:
