Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation:
Efficiently operate label machines to meet daily production deadlines and maximize output.Inventory & Data Logging:
Track raw materials using our ERP system to log time and maintain a FIFO inventory.Quality & Maintenance:
Monitor equipment for close tolerances to minimize waste; perform basic troubleshooting and maintain production dies.Collaboration:
Communicate production issues directly with supervisors and support warehouse distribution tasks as a true team player.Safety First:
Maintain a pristine, organized workspace while strictly following all safety policies and PPE requirements.QualificationsExperience:
High School Diploma/GED and 1-2 years of related machine operation experience.Technical Skills:
Strong mechanical aptitude, curiosity to learn software tools, and a knack for troubleshooting.Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for the duration of a shift, reach, handle materials, and lift up to 50 lbs.Vision:
Close vision and color vision required to check accuracy and identify QC problems.Shift & PayShift:
D Shift, Friday- Tuesday, 9:30pm to 6am - Flexibility for overtime/shift changes required.Starting Pay:
