Job Description
Focus Workforce Management is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a variety of equipment, including reach truck, cherry picker and stand up . This position will be responsible for order picking, shipping and receiving, and other duties as assigned. Weekend Shift Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5:00am-5:30pm
Duties:
- Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Move materials within the warehouse or production facility
- Load and unload trucks
- Perform order picking and packing
- Keep accurate records of inventory movements
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or production environment
- Basic math skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Mechanical knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures
