High SchoolResponsibilities Line Operation & Setup:

Prepared, configured, and operated automated and semi-automated fluid-filling machinery, ensuring precise volume calibration for high-performance industrial lubricants, greases, and additives.

Heavy Packaging & Material Handling:

Safely managed the physical breakdown, sealing, and transport of heavy industrial containers, including wrestling and maneuvering 400lb drums, 50-60lb pails, and bulk totes.

Quality Assurance & Inspection:

Performed rigorous quality control checks on finished containers to guarantee leak-free seals, correct product labeling, and batch-code traceability before transfer to the shipping department.

Safety & Hazard Compliance:

Adhered strictly to chemical manufacturing safety standards, handling hazardous and non-hazardous materials while utilizing proper PPE to maintain zero-incident operations.

Inventory & Forklift Operations:

Utilized material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to stage empty containers and safely transport filled warehouse inventory to the shipping bay.

Equipment Maintenance & Housekeeping:

Conducted routine equipment cleanouts, line flushes, and basic preventive maintenance on filling heads to maximize uptime and maintain an exceptionally clean blend plant environment.
