Full-Time | 4-Month Consultant Support the Finishing Touches That Keep Aircraft Flying PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to hire an experienced Process Mechanic . In this hands-on role, you'll play a vital part in fabrication and processing operations that prepare critical aircraft components for performance, durability, and compliance. If you have a strong background in aerospace processing and take pride in precision and quality, this is your opportunity to contribute to high-impact aviation production. What You'll Do As a Process Mechanic, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Perform fabrication support activities including masking, deburring, and hand finishing Apply maskants to hardware in preparation for chemical processing treatments Load, unload, and hang components for chemical applications and processing cycles Conduct light hand forming and manual drilling operations Work with bench tools and associated processing equipment Ensure components meet quality standards and processing requirements Follow strict safety procedures , including proper handling of chemicals and PPE use Maintain accuracy and efficiency while working in a production-driven environment What You Bring Required Qualifications 5+ years of Maskant experience in aerospace environments Experience supporting fabrication and processing operations Ability to stand and perform physical work for a full 8-hour shift Flexibility to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed Ability to start within 2 weeks of offer acceptance Must pass background checks Ability to obtain respirator certification upon start Preferred Qualifications Experience with chemical processing and aerospace finishing techniques Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Familiarity with aerospace safety and compliance standards Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Why Join Us At PDS Tech Commercial, we connect skilled professionals with opportunities that matter—where your expertise contributes directly to aviation innovation.

Pay Details:
