Press Operator

Job Title:

Press Operator Job Description Under limited supervision, you will operate progressive stamping press and other equipment such as overhead cranes and tool and die equipment. You will produce pre-assembly parts for the production line, making routine adjustments and set-ups. Tolerances are normally close, and you will produce a variety of pressed parts. Additional duties may be required by management. Responsibilities Operate press machines and all auxiliary equipment with minimum supervision. Change over equipment and ensure the quality of the product. Make changes in prescribed operating conditions as necessary to produce quality products. Inspect dies visually and assign preventative maintenance if necessary. Essential Skills Experience in general labor and machine operating. Ability to set-up and operate press machines. Skilled in production and quality assurance. Additional Skills & Qualifications Tooling experience. Experience with injection molding. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
