We are seeking dependable Box Makers for contract and temporary opportunities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Erlanger, KY. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on production work, take pride in quality, and can stay active throughout the shift. As a Box Maker, you will support packaging operations by assembling, inspecting, and supplying corrugated boxes to production lines. You will work as part of a team focused on safety, quality, and efficiency while following GMP standards and plant procedures. - Assemble corrugated boxes according to production specifications and packaging requirements.
- Inspect boxes for quality, accurate labeling, and structural integrity before use.
- Supply finished boxes to packaging lines in a timely and organized manner.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area in compliance with GMP standards.
- Follow all safety, food safety, quality, PPE, hygiene, and dress code requirements.
- Report damaged materials, equipment concerns, or safety issues to supervision and assist with other packaging or cleaning tasks as assigned. Compensation and Benefits

$18.00 per hour, Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with 2 mandatory weekends.
Shift:
$19.00 per hour, Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with 2 mandatory weekends.•
