Job Description

We are seekingLiquid Blending Operators (must have 2+ years blending or mixing experience) that will be responsible for mixing, blending, and processing liquid products according to production formulas, quality standards, and safety procedures. This role involves operating blending equipment, measuring ingredients accurately, monitoring production processes, and ensuring finished products meet company specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate liquid blending and mixing equipment according to production schedules Measure, weigh, and add ingredients following formulas and batch instructions Monitor blending processes to ensure product consistency and quality Read and follow batch sheets, work instructions, and safety procedures Perform equipment setup, cleaning, and sanitization between batches Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and accuracy Record production data, batch information, and inventory usage accurately Troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues and report concerns to supervisors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all GMP, safety, and company policies and procedures Assist with material handling and moving ingredients or finished products as needed
Work Environment:
Manufacturing or production facility environment Exposure to liquids, chemicals, odors, and varying temperatures Fast-paced setting requiring attention to detail and safety awareness
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move throughout the shift Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work around machinery Qualifications /
Skills:
2+ years blending or mixing experience Experience operating mixers, tanks, pumps, or blending equipment is a plus Basic math and measuring skills
Education & Requirements:
High school diploma or GED •Felony friendly (non violent) Forklift certification is a plus #
