Machine Operators Needed on 1st and 2nd Shift!

Job Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing team! In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a variety of manufacturing machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment and contribute to a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment.

  • training on 1st Shift for 90 days
Starting Rate:
1st

$20hr 2nd
Shift:
$21.50hr (inclusive of shift differential)
Duties:
Operate a wide range of machinery to make cored welding wire. Set up and operation of machines including tool changes, machine adjustments, quality checks, minor machine repairs, etc. Conduct routine inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure product quality meets specifications. Handle materials and finished products safely within the manufacturing floor using forklifts, hand tools, and overhead cranes Follow safety protocols diligently while working with fabrication tools, welding equipment, tooling setups, and assembly line processes. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently. Maintain accurate documentation of machine settings, production data, and quality control reports for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Experience with running and set-up of production machines preferred Detail oriented and meticulous Mechanically inclined Experience with calibers, coilers, or measuring tools preferred Strong math skills in basic algebra Strong problem solving skills Self motivated & hard worker Good communicator and able to work with others well Ability to work independently and reliable Ability to stand for hours on production floor
