Job Description

2nd Shift Working Assembly Team Lead ~Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time | 2nd Shift~ We are looking for a motivated and dependable Working Assembly Team Lead to join our team. This is a hands-on position where the lead works alongside the team while helping coordinate daily production and workflow.
Responsibilities:
Perform precision assembly using basic hand tools Operate a forklift for material movement Help lead daily production activities Train and support team members Maintain a clean and safe work environment Lead by example with strong attendance and work ethic
Qualifications:
Previous assembly experience preferred Basic hand tool and math skills required Forklift experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to crouch, kneel, and work in low positions Strong communication and leadership skills •Starting pay: $16/hour . This is a temp-to-hire position, with candidates eligible for full-time hire within approximately 90 days based on performance and attendance. Additional pay increase opportunities are available upon full-time hire, transition into the lead role, and during 30- and 90-day performance reviews.

$16.00 per hour
