Job Description
1st and 3rd shift availalbe Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Heat Load/Unload and Press Operator, where you'll be at the forefront of precision fabrication and assembly processes. Your expertise will ensure smooth production flow, high-quality output, and efficient materials handling within a fast-paced factory environment. If you thrive on hands-on work, technical challenges, and continuous improvement, this position is perfect for you! Duties Operate heat load/unload stations and various press equipment. Verify products ensure correct material is being loaded into to forge. Load and unload material of different weights safely and efficiently using hoists and other available devices throughout the shift. Able to use and maneuver hand held spray wands, tongs and other equipment. Must have physical strength to move metal material all day. Have a tolerance for high temperatures for long periods of time
