What You'll Do:

Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery Track hourly production output and provide detailed machine status reports Measure materials and parts to verify compliance with specified tolerances Follow standardized work instructions and operating procedures Inspect equipment and perform regular Total Quality Management (TQM) checks Monitor product quality throughout the production process Identify and separate good parts from non-conforming (no-good) parts Use precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and

GO/NO-GO

gauges Interpret specifications, blueprints/prints, and job orders to perform required tasks

What We're Looking For:

1 year of previous LI experience is preferred but not required. Ability to stand for 12+ hours, able to walk over long periods of time, able to lift parts (50lbs) chest high, and bend over.
