Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Package Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently packaging products, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Your mechanical knowledge, familiarity with warehouse equipment, and hands-on skills will drive the smooth flow of our production process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment where safety, precision, and teamwork are paramount. - 12 hour shift rotations, 7am-7:30pm and 7pm-7:30am Responsibilities Operate packaging machinery and hand tools to assemble and prepare products for shipment Use pallet jacks to move raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse Conduct routine inspections of packaging lines to identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly Follow CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines to ensure product quality and compliance Maintain accurate records of packaged items, batch numbers, and production logs Assist with inventory management by organizing materials and supplies in the warehouse Perform basic math calculations for measurements, quantities, and quality checks as needed Qualifications Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred, with familiarity in packaging operations Ability to operate pallet jacks, and hand tools safely and efficiently Strong understanding of basic math skills for measurements and calculations Knowledge of CGMP standards applicable to manufacturing environments Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift
