EXPERIENCED

skilled Metal Machine Operators/Roll Forming Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various metal fabrication or roll forming machinery, ensuring precision and quality in all work. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, blueprint reading, and safety protocols. The Machine Operator plays a vital role in producing high-quality metal components and assemblies, supporting our commitment to excellence in manufacturing. Responsibilities Set up and adjust machinery according to specifications and blueprints. Perform troubleshooting to optimize production efficiency. Conduct quality inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications. Utilize hand tools, tooling, and fabrication equipment for assembly and finishing tasks. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety procedures and protocols. Assist with material handling using forklifts as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Requirements Proven experience operating metal shop machinery. Mechanical knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, roll forming, fabrication, and assembly. Experience with hand tools, and precision measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers. Knowledge of safety procedures related to machining environments. Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations during setup and inspection. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Prior experience with roll forming machinery a plus but not required; must have metal manufacturing experience. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
