Machine Operator Paris, KY | $19.00/Hour | Full-Time 2nd or 3rd shift Superior Skilled Trades is currently seeking motivated Heat Treat Operators for a leading automotive manufacturing facility in Paris, Kentucky . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment and are looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing. Pay $19.00 per hour Full-time position Overtime opportunities available Weekend work as required by production demands Job Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor industrial heat-treating furnaces. Control temperatures and heating cycles to harden, anneal, and temper metal automotive components. Safely load and unload materials using equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes, and handling tools. Monitor gauges and thermal instruments to ensure quality standards are met. Record production data, heating times, and cycle information accurately. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. Requirements Previous manufacturing, foundry, or heavy industrial experience preferred. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with prolonged standing and lifting. Comfortable working in very warm temperatures and around heated materials. Ability to work overtime and weekends when production requires. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
