IPL in Shelbyville, KY, is hiring Machine Operators / Production Associates to join our dynamic team. If you're detail-oriented, safety-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to make an impact. What you'll do Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth manufacturing processes. Inspect products for quality standards—check for flaws, blemishes, discoloration, burn marks, and warping. Assemble components (feet, cor-plugs, card holders) according to quality plans. Perform embossing when required and verify stamp quality. Package and stack products per the supervisor's instructions. Report any quality or safety concerns immediately. Contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment. What we're looking for Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
