Job Title:

Assembly Operator Job Description Candidates will be responsible for assembling railroad switches. This role involves using various tools and requires physical strength and mechanical aptitude. Responsibilities Assemble railroad switches. Use hand and power tools effectively. Grind and deburr components. Lift heavy materials, up to 65+ pounds. Perform light welding tasks. Complete additional tasks required in the assembly process. Essential Skills Experience in assembly processes. Mechanical aptitude and being mechanically inclined. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with grinding and deburring. Ability to perform light welding tasks. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
