• This is a temp to hire position!
• 6+ months' previous factory/manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred.
• Goodmunication skills both verbal and written
• Good math skills and reasoning ability
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and maneuver around the plant
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently
• Good hand strength with steady movement, good finger dexterity, repeatedly able to grasp small and large objects and rotate wrists, arms, and shoulders
• Ability to train others and work well in a team-oriented environment Ability to ad to a strict safety regimen and maintain a safety-conscious environment
• Maintain process flow for machining/assembling each part based on specific procedures andpleting all daily production tracking reports accurately
• Perform quality check inspections by measuring (gauging) part diameters, depths, external and internal grooves, etc. as required for the work cell (machining or assembly)
• Demonstrate good understanding of all production-related documentation (e.g., PCC, Operation Sheets, SOS, FMEA, Key Point, Kan Ban, Flow Cards)
• Demonstrate good understanding of TPM by checking all fluid levels in the machines (e.g., oil, coolant, etc.), and participate in scheduled TPM activities
• Attend and successfullyplete all operator training required for each Rank
• May participate in investigations and suggest countermeasures
• Train others when requested in areas w already achieved suitable Competency level
• Strive daily to meet Department and Company goals and objectives; improve (Kaizen) machine processes, support team leaders and members, and maintain a safe working environment for all
• Maintain strong attendance; knows and follows Company policies as directed by the Employee Handbook, the Safety Rules and Regulations, and the Quality Manual
• Other duties required of the job and requested by a member of Management Team

Pay Details:
