Embroiderer Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Embroiderer to join our creative team. As an Embroiderer, you will be responsible for transforming apparel and other items into custom branded items for our corporate clients. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of various embroidery techniques. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the visual appeal of our products, contributing to our clients' brand's aesthetic, and creating unique, high-quality embroidered pieces.

Responsibilities:

Embroidery Production:

Execute embroidery projects from start to finish, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship. Interpret and implement design specifications, including color schemes, stitch types, and sizing requirements. Operate and maintain embroidery machines, ensuring optimal performance.

Design Collaboration:

Collaborate with designers and other team members to bring creative concepts to life through embroidery. Provide input on the feasibility and practicality of embroidery designs, offering suggestions for improvement.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct quality checks on completed embroidery work to ensure it meets the established standards. Address any issues or defects promptly and implement corrective measures.

Material Selection:

Assist in selecting appropriate fabrics, threads, and embellishments for each embroidery project. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in embroidery materials.

Customization:

Work with internal teams to understand their specific embroidery needs for custom projects. Tailor embroidery designs to meet individual preferences and requirements.

Workflow Management:

Prioritize and manage multiple embroidery projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and production schedules. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and timely project completion.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Embroiderer or similar role. Quickly become proficient in operating embroidery machines and related equipment. Knowledge of various embroidery techniques and stitching styles a plus. Attention to detail and a keen eye for color coordination. Creative mindset with the ability to bring design concepts to life. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with industry trends and advancements in embroidery technology.

Education:
