This position works under the direction of experienced operators and supervisors to develop the skills necessary to operate machinery, maintain product quality, and support daily production goals. Responsibilities Learn to safely operate manufacturing and production equipment Assist with machine setup, operation, and shutdown procedures Monitor production processes and identify quality issues Load raw materials and remove finished products from production lines Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures Perform basic equipment cleaning and routine maintenance tasks Accurately complete production and quality documentation Maintain a clean and organized work area Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Follow all company safety policies and procedures Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and punctuality Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift, push, or pull materials as required Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around machinery and industrial equipment Opportunities This position offers hands-on training and opportunities for advancement into skilled machine operator and production roles.
