Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Line Technician to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are packaged efficiently and in compliance with industry standards. This position involves working with various packaging equipment and adhering to Food Safety and GMP compliance in order to maintain the highest quality of our products. Responsibilities Fulfill orders on Packaging/Processing equipment in a safe, quality, and productive manner.
Rotating shifts:
1st
Shift:
M-Th, 5:30am - 4:00pm, possibly Friday depending on production. 2nd
Shift:
M-Th, 3:45pm - 2:00am. All associates must be able to work either shift. Operate and maintain packaging machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Assemble packaging components and prepare products for shipment, following established guidelines. Monitor packaging processes for quality control, ensuring Food Safety and GMP compliance Responsible for identifying and eliminating quality issues. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Document production data accurately for reporting purposes. Skills High School education. 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong troubleshooting skills. Experience in manufacturing environments, particularly in packaging roles. Familiarity with hand tools and safe forklift operation is essential. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, along with skills in assembly processes. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
