This role involves working with hand tools, following work instructions, and safely moving materials using warehouse equipment. Key Responsibilities Perform subassembly tasks according to work instructions and quality standards Prepare and organize components for the production line Operate pallet jack and walk-behind lift to move materials as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Inspect parts and report any defects or issues to supervisors Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to train for and pass certification on pallet jack and walk-behind lift equipment Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Experience Previous manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
