Machine Adjusters play a crucial role in maintaining production efficiency. Their responsibilitiestypically include setup, adjustment, repairs, monitoring and maintenance. Overall, their expertise helps ensure that production runs seamlessly and meets quality standards. This position reports to the Day Shift, which operates from Monday through Thursday from 6:00am - 4:30pm. There is occasional work needed on Fridays at discretion of site leadership, depending on production needs. How you will make an impact (responsibilities): Working closely with the production team to meet production and quality goalsAbility to understand the functions of the machine, correlator, and pressesAdjusting the machine periodically for quality controlUnderstands and can lock out and tag out a machine when requiredVerify machines are working correctly through daily inspectionsManaging quality by checking the operators work, quality of bags, and checking labels for correctnessOther duties as assigned
