Must be able to pass a drug screen (ZERO THC tolerance policy). 1. Sets-up and operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines 2. Perform daily preventive maintenance 3. Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery 4. Adjusts machine setting to complete tasks according to specification, accurately and in a timely fashion 5. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions or the job. 6. Performs in-process inspection and reports any nonconformance to the supervisor (ISO 9001 Clause 8.7 Control of Nonconforming Outputs) 7. Committed to meeting customer's expectations including product quality, appearance, and delivery time 8. Open to changes, training and submitting suggestions for improvements to the department 9. Requires physical, reliable, dependable full-time attendance at the worksite 10. Other duties as assigned 11. Reports to Department Supervisor 12. Preferred High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
