Saltwater Aquarium Products Position Description:
SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Machine Operator for circuit board assembly line
Responsibilities:
Setup, program, and operate SMT Machine Line, (Solder paste printer, Pick-and-Place, Reflow Oven) Load and unload components onto feeders and verify part numbers, quantities, orientation Perform in process quality inspections and verify solder paste and component placement accuracy Hand place components as needed and make program adjustments to impove quality Understand feeder sizes and package layouts Keep up with inventory of all component parts Able to make real time adjustments to ensure quality and production targets are met Burn all completed boards with computer software Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of SMT equipment Maintain organized, clean and safe SMT work area Work cooperatively with team members Ability to handle multi-tasking Strive to consistently be at work and on time.
Education / Experience
High school diploma or GED certificate Associates Degree or equivalent from technical college preferred Solder and rework experience a plus but not required. Salary based on experience.

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
